Diamond Credit Union brings entire suite of Cubus products with them as they plan conversion to Corelation
Credit Union recently announced Corelation KeyStone as their new core
LIVERMORE, Calif., August 8, 2017 – Cubus Solutions announced today that Diamond Credit Union ($573 million; 59,000 members, Pottstown, PA) a Cubus One customer since 2014, will continue with the technology company’s digital banking platform plus Skip-A-Pay, Notifications Suite and a planned rollout of Quick Pay, as they transition to the Corelation KeyStone core. Cubus One is a comprehensive digital banking platform that seamlessly integrates with multiple core systems while delivering real-time, and secure, banking services to credit union members.
“Since we implemented Cubus One, the response from our members has been overwhelmingly positive,” said Jim Daly, VP/CIO of Diamond Credit Union. “We wanted to continue to provide the high level of member acceptance and reliability with a company that is truly a partner through this critical core conversion.”
Cubus announced early in 2017 its intention to incorporate its products with Corelation KeyStone. The first Corelation KeyStone credit union to integrate a Cubus product was Energy Capital Credit Union in October 2016 with the Cubus Notifications Suite. Cubus is currently developing its Cubus One digital banking platform for Corelation KeyStone in tandem with Diamond Credit Union for a release in April 2019.
“Cubus is one of the few true in-house online banking products available, which was very important to us in the decision-making process,” continued Daly. “Our relationship with Cubus since 2007 has shown us that we can count on them in any situation, they are responsive and adaptive, and aggressively come out with new products to fit the market.”
Cubus One provides a modern, unified platform across all devices and functional offerings, including retail, business, mobile, bill pay, personal finance management (PFM), person-to-person payments, marketing and more. It is built with next generation security and multi-factor authentication features, as well as an intelligent content management system that delivers one-to-one product marketing and financial literacy content. Cubus currently has 23 credit unions using the platform.
“It’s just in our ethos to come to our customer’s aid when they have a high-stakes undertaking,” said John Ashely-Paul, CEO and founder of Cubus Solutions. “We have a successful track record of partnering with customers to port our products to new core systems as they make moves. We understand they want to take us with them to benefit their operation and keep a consistent face and set of self-service tools in their member’s hands regardless of core.”
Credit unions can shape the member’s online experience to meet their operational and marketing goals with Cubus One. The member dashboard can be customized by the credit union locking down core service windows such as account summary, message center, banner ad space and others. Credit unions can also set rules and configurations to create secure tiers of access. A robust marketing engine allows credit unions to target individuals with credit card offers, rewards programs, special loan rates, and more.
